St. John’s Fair and Wianki 2011 – you can’t miss it!

If you want to feel like in the Middle Ages, like a brave knight or beautiful noblewoman, you have to join the St. John’s Fair! Only here you will see knights’ fights with swords, lances and spears. You can also obtain a title of Handmaiden, Squire, Apprentice of All Trades, Investigator and Puppet Master. The Horse show will move you to your predecessors time and learn about Krakow history. Delicious traditional Benedictine cuisine will satisfy hunger of the biggest gluttons.

- Horse show: Equestrian archery display (Thursday-Sunday, 1-1.45pm), Dexterity show (Thursday-Sunday, 4-4.45pm), Lance pursuit (Thursday-Sunday, 6-6.45pm)
- Peasants’ games: 1.40pm
- Replika Art scenes: 12 noon, 6pm
- Dance and fashion show: 5pm
- Dance workshops: 12.30pm, 3pm.

This event is the most popular outdoor show which takes place in Krakow. Every year thousands of people participate this mega open air party fully free of charge! This year Wyclef Jean will favour us with his presence. After music feast there will be wonderful pyrotechnic show, which yearly surprises all the massed people.
